Growth Engineering From Scratch

Read the first chapter of the course for nothing. It is the orientation lesson every Prague weekend opens with: growth engineering is one repeatable loop, and every tactic you have read about is downstream of it. Leave your email and the chapter arrives in under a minute.

Most founders have read twenty tactics and cannot say which one moved a number. That is not a discipline problem. It is what happens when tactics arrive before the machine they hang off.

The chapter gives you the machine. You find where attention already is, put a real offer in front of it, measure what happens, and fix the step that leaked the most people. Then you run it again. Everything else in the course — the outreach systems, the analytics, the pricing work — is a variation on that loop.

There is an exercise at the end. It takes ten minutes, it uses your own product, and it is the same one we open the weekends with. Doing it before you arrive is why some founders get more out of two days than others get out of a quarter.

Where should the chapter go?

One email now with the chapter in it, a few short follow-ups over the next two weeks, then one letter a month. Unsubscribe in one click, and I never sell or share addresses.

Monthly. Unsubscribe in one click. Never sold or shared.

If you would rather do the whole thing in a room with eight founders and me, the weekends are here.
